How long do orders take to ship?

Prints are made to order with a 2-3 week turnaround time. This allows time for prints to be printed and shipped to the artist, where they are hand-signed and thoughtfully re-packaged for each client. If your print is in stock, your order may ship sooner.

Can I request a custom size or custom material print?

Yes! Please don’t hesitate to contact me through my “contact” page regarding special print requests, whether that is size or materials related. If I am able to accommodate your request without sacrificing the integrity of my work, I will happily place a custom order for you.

Can I receive an item with rush delivery?

Because my prints are made to order, rush shipping can be challenging, but not impossible. Reach out to me through my “contact” page and let me know what and when you need and I will let you know what the possibilities are.

Do any of your pieces come framed?

At this time all pieces are sold unframed, unless otherwise specified in their individual description.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time I am accepting orders within the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, Greece, The Netherlands, and Spain. If you live internationally outside of these countries, and would like to make a purchase, please contact me through my “contact” page and I will calculate shipping costs. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

All original artwork and prints are final sale. If your print order becomes damaged during shipping, please contact me for a replacement.

Can I request a commission?

I have a limited number of spots per year to accept commissions. If you have a concept that you’d like me to explore, please reach out through my contact page and include reference images of your idea. Commissions will only be accepted that fit naturally into my print assortment.

Who owns the rights to your art?

All original artwork and prints are sold under copyright and are the property of Kesia Finley Art and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way.
